Everything was superb and met the criteria. The offered breakfast was great and included variety of options. The room I booked was fully-equipped and a nice size with access to the club lounge and soft beds, for instance.

The stuff spoke English very bad, most of them didn't speak English at all, so sometimes it was hard to get information even from Concierge service who also didn't have enough Competence. There was not any taxi on Okura entrance and we had to wait too long or go through whole territory to another entrance where were a lot of taxi.

Long que at check out! The location of the hotel is bit far from the restaurants, food court and bus shutter station in galaxy complex, it seem like galaxy hotel got all these on privelege.
